School rules are guidelines that help students and teachers create a positive learning environment
Attendance
- Come to school regularly and on time.
- Students absent due to illness for more than a few days must submit a medical certificate with their sick leave application to the class teacher.
- Priore submission of application for leave.
- No pupil should be absent without obtaining prior leave permission.
- 75% attendance is mandatory for sitting in exam.
- For absent without sufficient & satisfactory reason the pupil concerned will have to sign the Absent note from there guardian with justification.
Behaviour
- Raise your hand to ask questions or make comments.
- Be respectful and obedient to teachers, staff, school mates and visitors.
- Pupil are encouraged to speak in English as much as possible.
- Avoid using abusive language, quarrelling, shouting or whistling.
- Avoid wearing jewellery, cosmetics or valuable items.
- Strictly prohibited to carry any kind of psychoactive substance or extraneous objects.
- Maintain personal hygiene and where neat and tidy uniform.
- One self should always avail the assigned bus only.
Admission
- The academic session starts from 1st April to 31st March.
- Admission form for the next academic session are available from 1st December onwards.
- Students coming from other schools have to produce T.C, Progress record, Birth Certificate, Residential certificate, Adhar card & 3 copies of colour P.P. size photo.
- Students from other board should also produce Migration certificate.
- The ward should Appear in the Interview or admission test as par guided by the office.
- The principal decision will be granted as final for admission in suitable class.

Fees Rules
- School fees will be charged for the Whole session i.e. 1st April to 31st March.
- Fees will be collected on and from 1st to 15th of every month.
- On non-payment of fees Rs. 30.00/- will be charged as fine per day.
- Defaulters of Rs. 20,000/- or above will be summoned in the school’s office for explanation and planning of payment of the fees.
- Requests for genuine reason for non-payment will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Consideration or payment module selection can only be selected at the beginning of the session.
Withdrawal
- For transfer or school leaving certificate the applicant should apply in writing one month before only.
- All the dues to be settled up to date.
General rules
- Carry your ID card and school diary at the school every day.
- Any damage done to the school property will have to be compensated.
- Bring the correct books and note book in school with proper school uniform.
- The school will not be responsible for any kind of misplacement of belongings or stroke of bad luck.
- Pupil parents or visitors are not allowed to consume or carry chewing gum, betel nut, pan masala and any other intoxicating items etc. inside the class or campus.
- It is the responsibility of the students to maintain cleanliness around their surrounding and use dustbin for disposal of rapers or any kind of debris.
- Parents should regularly check the log book and follow parents students App.
- Pupil should complete home assignments regularly.
- Indiscipline attitude, any kind of cheating, serious misconduct or behaviour objectionable to the moral tone of the institution even outside the school are sufficient reason for the dismissal of the pupil.
- Pupil should stand up to pay respect to the teacher or any visitor when enter into the class room.
- For going out and coming into the class pupil should ask for permission from the teacher or class captain.
- Pupils suffering from contagious and infectious diseases shell not be permitted to attend the school.
- Parents facing any challenge related to school are requested to contact to the class teacher, teacher in-charge, vice principal or Principal.
- Parents are not allowed to meet their children or interview teachers during school hours.
- Parents should attend all parent’s teachers meet (PTM).
- We kindly request that parents/guardians make every effort to attend school when invited or summoned, as your presence and participation are greatly valued. For holistic development of the child parents should always communicate with the school. The co-operation of Parents & Teachers can bring a holistic growth of students.
- Students must keep a personal record file (portfolio) and submit documents showing their achievements to enhance their grades.
